Yoga and mobility classes for YOU

Do you think you are unique? I do. Your genetics, movement habits, breath patterns, personal history, physical or emotional pains, special conditions, and thought patterns all influence your health and wellbeing. My yoga and mobility practices attend to your uniqueness guiding you to your best, highest self.

You will increase your physical prowess, and awareness, on and off your mat. You will have opportunities for hard work and deep rest. You will achieve meditative states, so you heal and grow. I tend to your pain, injuries, and balance. You will move better for any sports you do, and improve recovery after workouts.

Intentionally small and consistent semi-private practices provide essential individualized attention in an accessible way.

Take a free class and see if you enjoy an artful blend of Iyengar-inspired yoga, Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga infused with modern movement science. We look forward to being your partner in health, mindfulness, and joy.

Everything I ever hope for in a group class: excellent teacher with far reaching skills, empathy, imagination and humour; good space; small class; good fellow yogis. Suddenly Friday mornings have become my favourite time of the week.
