Online Therapeutic Mobility
and Self-Massage
This Yoga Tune Up-inspired online class blends guided self-massage using therapy balls, therapeutic yoga, corrective exercise, and breathwork to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support nervous-system regulation.
Classes move at a thoughtful pace with alternating periods of self-massage, mobility work, gentle strength, and rest. Expect clear guidance, options for different bodies, and a balance of challenge and recovery.

Props for Your Practice
Props support comfort and accessibility by helping movements meet your body where it is. They can create support, improve alignment, or add a gentle challenge depending on how they’re used.
Yoga mat — for comfort and stability
Blocks (2) — thick books, sturdy stools, or large cans can work
Blankets (2) — beach towels or throws are great substitutes
Strap (1) — a scarf, belt, or bathrobe tie can be used
Therapy balls — recommended for guided self-massage work (instruction provided)
Props are optional, and suggestions for substitutions are always offered.
