Why These Classes Work

You are one-of-a-kind — and your movement practice should be, too.
Our classes combine yoga, mobility training, and self-massage to meet your unique needs, so you can:

  • Relieve pain and stiffness

  • Build stability, strength (not just stretch)

  • Improve posture, breath, and alignment

  • Stay functional and resilient for a lifetime

This is not a drop-in studio.

With a monthly membership, you’ll practice with the same group each week, progress together, and feel supported by a steady community.

Everything I ever hope for in a group class: excellent teacher with far reaching skills, empathy, imagination and humour; good space; small class; good fellow yogis. Suddenly Friday mornings have become my favourite time of the week.

Series option 1 of 3:

Strong for Life - Small Group Yoga & Mobility

Pasadena Studio — Allen & Washington

1 in-person semi-private session per week:

Wednesdays · 8:45–9:50am OR Fridays · 10:00–11:05am

  • Committing to your day contributes to your success, but we get it, things come up. You’re free to come the other day on any given week.

  • Classes are small enough for real personalization — sequencing includes attention to your personal goals, and I can adjust on the spot to meet your needs.

  • Membership commitment = consistent progress, not constant “starting over.”

  • Balanced training: strength, mobility, breath, recovery.

  • Make-ups: attend the other in-person class within a month, take Tuesday’s Zoom class, or practice an on-demand class.

$108/month ($36 per class if you attend 3x per month — many members come more and love the value!)

FAQs

Do I need prior yoga experience?
No. Classes are small and I’ll meet you where you are.

What if I miss a class?
Make it up in another live class that month, or use the on-demand library.

What props do I need?
Therapy balls and personal props are essential for the Tuesday online class. For studio classes, bring your own mat and props if you have them. We have some to borrow in the studio — we recommend getting personal props once you’re in the rhythm of class.

What if I’m dealing with pain or an injury?
That’s exactly what these classes are for. I’ll adapt movements to keep you safe and supported.

How does membership work?

  • Ongoing monthly subscription

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle

  • Two membership holds allowed per year

Do I have to attend every class?
No. Membership is about access and consistency, not perfection. Pricing already assumes you may occasionally miss a class. Even attending 2–3 times per month makes a real difference in your strength, mobility, and well-being.

We also take short breaks each year — one week in the summer, one at Thanksgiving, and one at Christmas or Spring. These breaks are built into the membership and allow time for rest and renewal.

What happens if I miss a class? Am I losing money?
Not at all. Membership isn’t a punch card — it’s about your spot in a small, supportive group and the consistency that creates progress.

If you miss your regular class, you have flexible options:

  • Make it up in the other weekly class (Wednesday ↔ Friday)

  • Join the Tuesday online session

  • Use an on-demand class from our library

Even if you only make it 3 times a month, membership comes out to about $36 per class — an incredible value for semi-private instruction and personal attention. Many members come more often and love the flexibility.
