What Semi-Private Means

Semi-private classes include a small group (typically 4–8 students), allowing for personalized feedback, modifications, and progressive programming.

You’ll receive:

• strength, mobility, and nervous-system regulation work
• continuity across sessions so progress builds over time
• a supportive environment without the overwhelm of large classes

This format bridges the gap between private sessions and traditional group yoga.

Choose one weekly class:
• Wednesday 9:00–10:05 AM (Pasadena)
• Friday 10:00–11:05 AM (Pasadena)

All-Access membership — $180/month

Flexibility
Make-up classes available when space allows. Short holds available for travel or illness.
